Keeping our phones nearby can still cause intrusive thoughts and anxiety, so keeping them at a distance is best for a restful night’s sleep. Meditation sometimes feels like a time-consuming activity and although it’s been proven to help us with stress and can promote better sleep, we often dismiss it. Ocean Prime’s share plates/appetizers can double as an entree as their portions are incredibly generous. I had the Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli, and my VIP date had the “Surf N Turf” which included two perfectly cooked scallops alongside a nice portion braised short rib topped with gremolata. For the entree we ordered the Dutch Harbor King Crab Legs, served with asparagus and drawn butter which was carefully sitting atop a small tea candle, keeping it forever warm. My Valentine certainly felt like a VIP, thanks to me and the wonderful evening spent in Beverly Hills at Ocean Prime.
As you go on your own personal walking tour, you are slowly transformed into new beauties made with magical lights and lanterns! The Ocean Visions exhibit is a new addition where you can pretend you are swimming with fishes and getting eaten by a shark. As you walk to the main stage you get the chance to witness live entertainment of amazing Chinese acrobats doing heart-stopping stunts. You truly can’t help but smile over and over as you walk through each lantern set up.
