I used to make canned cherry pie a couple of years ago until I discovered how fast and easy it is to make cherry pie from scratch. * 2 1/4 cups of flour (I use all purpose flour, but feel free to use your favorite) The trick for this crust is to make sure you use VERY cold butter and water.
