Making this pomegranate guacamole 🥑 this weekend. It’s soooo yummy! This is what you’ll need: • 2 large avocados • 1/2 teaspoon salt • juice of 1/2 lime • 1 clove garlic, minced • 1/2 small onion, finely minced • 1 small jalapeno, minced • arils of 1 pomegranate Get the full recipe by commenting “guacamole” with no punctuation in the comments.

That's right - I'm going there! 💩 Does your child struggle with constipation? Maybe you should consider adding cherries to their diet! Aside from all the great health benefits, cherries contain three components that can help move things along: - Fiber - Sorbitol - Salicylates These three compounds combined give cherries a laxative effect to help treat and prevent constipation. Working at WIC, I often get confused looks when I ask women if they took a prenatal or multivitamin supplement in the months before their pregnancy. After all, isn’t a prenatal made for women when they are actually pregnant? Technicially - yes they are!
