We can try to do things cold turkey, but success rate just isn’t that good when looking for longterm change. We can try to completly cut out caffeine, but if you drank it you’re entire life, withdraws are real. Changing the way I eat, sleep, wake up, excersice and shop for food all while moving, working on my job and keeping up with my business… So here is me saying that I am committed to doing things one step, one day at a time until I’m 100% on the plan.

I understand that the new year brings kind of a clean slate and you get to set new goals and everything about new year is new….but I am beginning to work with an autoimmune specialist who works on rebuilding cells (there will be a post about this soon) and you know what…if it wasn’t for the past 10 years.. Today I am strong, outspoken, witty, fun, and hold nothing back to loving the people around me the best I can because I know that it is a blessing I am able to do this life. And I’m willing to bet, that if you resonated with anything you read today..its a better you this year too, not a new you.

Quit frankly ending 2019 with the overwhelming idea that 2020 could be the last official year I lived alive and “ Even more so the small things like seeing a smiling face when grocery shopping, shaking a hand, holding a door, or just chatting with a neighbor. Thank you for showing us that we do not have to kill ourselves with a J-O-B, and that it is possible to work from home, and have a work/life balance. I encourage us to step into 2021, taking all we learned to love and appreciate in 2020, and make it the best year yet.

In September of 2016 we had scrounged up enough money to by the Dave Ramsey class and we began the journey to debt freedom. …God never intended us to live pay check to pay check, barley making ends meet and not enjoying the life he gave us. From 2016, Multiple jobs, multiple side hustles, odd in jobs, old cars, fixing things when they were broke, allocating our money, and no extra spending we did it… God didn’t intended for us to miss out on living life because we have to pay car payments and credit cards and etc… Enjoy the living life he has given us, we can’t take anything else to heaven.
