I don’t follow a specific diet, I eat meat and some dairy however, I incorporate as many plants into every meal as I can. You don’t need to be on a specific diet to enjoy my recipes, but many of them are plant forward. They are all curated to be easy, customizable and full of nutrition. Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad

This salad is dairy-free, gluten-free, full of savory nutty notes and ready in 10 minutes or less. This shaved brussel sprout salad gets bettering better as the week goes on. It is allergy friendly, gluten-free and vegan (if you use maple syrup) Shave or chop brussels or add shaved brussels to a large bowl.

Salad With Shrimp

I use cooked frozen shrimp and rinse them in cold water until thawed and cook them for about 4 minutes each side. but you can purchase roasted frozen corn from places like trader joes if you want to skip this step. Step 2. sauté your frozen corn in a pan. sprite a little oil in the pan and let the corn sit on the pan for about 5 - 8 minutes.

Pan Seared Halibut

You can use any grain you prefer, brown rice, white rice, quinoa, farro any grain will work. Add in a little more oil and season your fish on both sides with salt, thyme and rosemary. Add the halibut to the skillet or pan and cook on each side for about 5 - 9 minutes (depending on the size of the fish and the heat you are on) Add more wine wine to the pan as needed to help steam the veggies and fish.
