I love this dish because the pork is so juicy and fragrant, and you can serve it multiple ways. I’m sharing my GO TO easy weeknight meal featuring Victoria’s Vodka Sauce pasta, simple as that. No nonsense pasta, sauce, a protein and a vegetable. Easy, flavorful and nutritious. I use Victoria Pasta Sauce sauces to make quick pasta meals that taste like I spent all day slow cooking tomatoes in my Dutch oven. My boyfriend loves red sauce and Italian sausage, but if it’s my turn to cook, it’s always gonna be penne alla vodka and a crispy chicken cutlet.
