“YOU NEED TO START ALL OVER AGAIN” Are not the most encouraging words , it sounds like it will take forever. But One thing I learned is that staying unhappy , un satisfied, on the same spot , wanting … is way more difficult and consuming. Starting over for me in my fitness journey (after loosing 20lbs) has been a very tiring , difficult & at times depressing . I will not lie , i have called quit soooo many times but i have not given up. Seems like every time I throw in the towel God sends me amazing people to remind me of how strong I am (even when I feel so weak ) and encourage me to keep going. Theres ls something I like to do every time I’m about to start a workout . I take a moment and repeat Philippians 4:13 : “I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO GIVES ME STRENGTH.” If you are reading this today it’s not coincidence, it’s a reminder to keep going.
