A few weeks back I had the opportunity to participate as a photographer at this year’s A Crystal Clear Vision! This event is held annually at the Woman’s Club of Portsmouth and is hosted by one of my favorite event planners, Antonia Christianson Events alongside Waterford Event Rentals. It’s one of the most unique experiences for engaged couples in that you get to see and experience wedding inspiration put together by some of the best local vendors live and in person. I was so excited to get together with Cody and Josh for their engagement session at Stone Tower Winery a couple of weeks ago! After many reschedules due to crazy weather we finally got a nice day. As soon as I met them I felt like they were old friends I’d known forever. We explored the grounds of Stone Tower Winery and got to know each other a bit better before wrapping up with a glass of wine.
Can you believe March is here? I realized today that I still haven’t put together my “best of” post for 2018 and we’re already three months into 2019! I’m putting it on my list of goals for the month to finally tackle that post. February flew by in flash…most of my work month was spent working behind the scenes on tax prep and other fun and exciting tasks (ha!!) and much of my personal life was spent running
Krista and Robert’s wedding last Fall at the Country Club of Fairfax was one of the best days! I really enjoyed working with this sweet couple and after getting to know them at their engagement session last summer I couldn’t wait for the wedding to arrive! They were such a down to earth, friendly pair and photographing their day was a blast. Krista and her mom did such a great job planning the wedding and putting together such a beautiful day! From Krista’s gorgeous dress (and her amazing VEIL!!!) to the simple, elegant decor, it was so thoughtfully done! Enjoy a few of my favorite images from the day 🙂
