Mini Muffins are the best type of muffins! It’s just so easy, and you can do so many different types (like my lavender banana bread! ) For these delicious, cute, little choco chip banana bread mini muffins I used the following ingredients: I mixed dry ingredients together, and then added the wet ingredients.
I made these for national donut day, and I ate the whole plate that day! Truthfully when I saw on insta that it was national donut day I whipped these up within minutes! Thinking nope can’t eat that waaaaay to high in fat, cream, gonna get fat, and all that in between. We have a Cauliflower Alredo Sauce with Eat Banza Pasta (my faaavorite pasta! ! ! ) How it went dowwwwwn in the kitchen … Blended up 1c cauliflower and 1/2c unsweetened almond milk, then put it in a sauce pan. Added broccoli, lima beans, and spinach (totally optional, i just love adding veggies with my pasta).
