Choco Chip Banana Bread Muffins

Mini Muffins are the best type of muffins! It’s just so easy, and you can do so many different types (like my lavender banana bread! ) For these delicious, cute, little choco chip banana bread mini muffins I used the following ingredients: I mixed dry ingredients together, and then added the wet ingredients.

Chocolate PB Donuts (gf/df)

I made these for national donut day, and I ate the whole plate that day! Truthfully when I saw on insta that it was national donut day I whipped these up within minutes! Further Food Collagen (Great addition for protein for your skin, hair, nails, gut health – Discount Code BMOREBALANCED 10) Then I topped mine with dark chocolate (melted with a bit of coconut oil, helps with the consistency) and drizz of wild friends pb!

Healthy Alfredo Sauce

Thinking nope can’t eat that waaaaay to high in fat, cream, gonna get fat, and all that in between. We have a Cauliflower Alredo Sauce with Eat Banza Pasta (my faaavorite pasta! ! ! ) How it went dowwwwwn in the kitchen … Blended up 1c cauliflower and 1/2c unsweetened almond milk, then put it in a sauce pan. Added broccoli, lima beans, and spinach (totally optional, i just love adding veggies with my pasta).

Sweet Potato Scones

It is so so gooood, you can make it in a bread pan or a scone pan! I am totally obsessed with baking and cooking with sweet potatoes, if you can’t tell on my Instagram. Every other post is about sweet potatoes, but I don’t hate it! Here are the dEATS for these lovely creations: Preheat at 350 & bake for about 15-20mins until golden brown on top!
