I received an instagram message a few days back from a complete stranger asking, "What is the big deal with handstands, why do people do it? " Instead of taking it personally I read over the question a few more times trying to think of the perfect answer to reply back with as to why everyone is so obsessed with handstands at this present time. For myself I find that I love the movement of hand balancing because, It is a mental and physical challenge that has no limits. After realising I had answered the original question, I opened it up to the public via social media (instagram) to answer.
