It helps that there’s a Walmart right down the street from Mason’s school. By the time we finished grabbing some necessities (by the way I’m LOVING how many organic options Walmart) they were starting to lose steam. Camping with kids isn’t exactly the easiest thing on the planet, especially when your best friends are coming with you and they too have three kids. It’s more campground style with bathrooms but we were told it was gorgeous and had two lakes which meant fishing and a nice view. This was Kyla’s first camping trip that she remembers and she was anxious to help, all the kids were which is why I didn’t hear a peep out of them when I asked them to haul the firewood out of my car.
