Hours have been spent searching for free Wi-Fi, worrying about the security of public Wi-Fi, and pulling out my hair when I can’t seem to connect or when the connection drops at the most inconvenient moment (why does that always happen? ! ). Using the same three devices as mentioned above, here is the daily cost of renting a mobile hotspot: EU Mobile Hotspot – 5 GB at 4G speed per day then will slow down to 1Mbps unlimited data for select EU countries. So, immediately I was impressed and I got accustomed to having unlimited Wi-Fi incredibly quickly; by the time I was traveling around Europe, I actually couldn’t imagine being without the device. This is the time where the device saved me as my phone connection was rubbish and my battery was about to die; the hotspot allowed me to connect my phone to make sure that the maps signal was up-to-date, but I also used the power bank to charge my phone!
While I’ve always loved Japanese food because nothing beats the freshness of ingredients and simplicity of the meals, the food in Japan took it to a whole new level. Our menu for our Kyoto cooking class consists of the following: We were taught how to make everything from scratch, including the sesame dressing which was absolutely delicious! Overall, the class at Sun Machiya Studio is one of the best cooking classes in Kyoto and I’m glad we found them through cookly. Since we Instagrammed our entire Kyoto cooking class experience, I decided to put together the video clips of our experience to give you an insight into what the class was like!
During our recent trip to Japan, we stumbled upon a local tour company called Magical Trip who had a variety of food and cultural tours all over Japan. Given that our mission for the entire trip was to eat as much good food as we could, it made sense for us to try out these local tours while we’re in Japan. If you want a taste of Tokyo’s nightlife, I highly recommend going on this local tour while in Tokyo. We ended our local Tokyo food tour with a visit to a local Japanese dessert shop which has been open since 1948.
