Celebrate 4th of July in sweet style with these mouthwatering GUT-FRIENDLY,sugar-free jelly fruit bites, served alongside chilled unsweetened evaporated coconut milk. To make these fruit bites gut friendly Iโve added Just Thrive Probiotic . @justthrivehealth Recipe : 400 ml of water A few drops of pure monk fruit 2 tsp of agar agar powder Fresh Strawberries ๐ and Blueberries ๐ซ . ( cut your strawberries into smaller cubes to fit into the ice mold ) Ice molds. Iโbe used the round ones , but square are perfectly fine,too. 1 can of unsweetened evaporated coconut milk mixed with 1 Capsule or Just Thrive Probiotic. Instructions: Add water, agar agar and monk fruit to a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil . Mix constantly until the agar agar has dissolved. Place a strawberry or blueberry into each ice cube . Iโve made 2 trays . Pour the jelly mix on top . Let the marinade lids sit outside on the countertop for 20 minutes and than place them in the refrigerator for 1 hour at least . Vegan MATCHA Tiramisu (V/GF)๐ซฃ๐คค if you love Tiramisu and Matcha ๐ต you have to try this single serve dessert Iโve created just for you ๐ I used to love the classic Tiramisu, but after learning that most of the ingredients that goes in it are super unhealthy and inflammatory, I had to create my own version , without the added unhealthy sugar and of course this one is gluten free and vegan. ( checks all your boxes ) Recipe : 4 to 5 rice cakes 2 tsp matcha powder ( use the ceremonial kind for better flavor ) 1/4 cup coconut whipped cream ( preferably unsweetened) 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt Optional ( add a touch of maple syrup ) Instructions: Mix 1 tsp of matcha powder using a bamboo whisker or hand held mixer . Soak each rice cake into the matcha mix . Whip the coconut whipped cream with 1 tsp of matcha powder. Mix with the coconut yogurt. In a round or squared jar ( depending on the shape of your rice cakes ) start layering rice cakes and the whipped matcha mix until you are done with both . Set in the refrigerator for 1 hour . I first pick a vegan protein source ( this time is peas ) , I add my favorite noodles , a side of fruit like mango , vegetables and the Magic ๐ช sauce ! Simple , nutritious and very delicious, too. Recipe : (2 servings ) 1 package of sweet potato glass noodles ( cooked according to the package) 1 cup of cooked peas 1 1/2 cup of freshly cut honey mango 1 1/4 cup of chopped cucumbers ๐ฅ 1 cup of chopped purple cabbage ( can be replaced with sauerkraut purple cabbage for a boost of probiotics) 1/2 cup chopped green onions Dressing: 1/4 cup cashew butter 1/4 cup coconut aminos Salt and pepper to taste A little lime juice ( optional ) Mix all ingredients in a bowl , add the dressing and enjoy ๐

Iโve made it again and now with only 3 ingredients + dressing. No purple kale need it , just : purple cabbage, purple onion and beets + my home made dressing. Itโs so so flavorful and insanely delicious ๐คค Recipe : Salad Ingredients: - 1 purple cabbage head - 1 large cooked / roasted beet ( or 3 small cooked beets ) - half of a purple sweet onion Chop / dice all these ingredients very small . Dressing : 1/2 of the remaining purple sweet onion 1 tbsp tahini butter 1 tbsp cashew butter 1 tbsp nutritional yeast 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp dark balsamic vinegar / or apple cider vinegar if you prefer juice of 1 lime salt and pepper to taste Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a blender and blend.
