My name’s Michaela, but you can call me Mic! Thank you for checking out my blog, I hope you’ll decide to stick around. This new journey is a little nerve racking for me, but I know it will be an exciting adventure that I get to share with all of you. I love fashion and creating my own style, being active, and inspiring others to live a happy and healthy life. I also have a YouTube channel that I definitely think you would check out!
I am currently a student at Marist College in New York, and it is absolutely amazing. I am an elementary-education major and hope to be a kindergarten or first grade teacher one day. A big part of me loves helping others and that is ultimately what inspired me to go into education. The thought of impacting someone’s life, even at a small level, is heartwarming.
I’m just an ordinary gal, who can’t wait to share all of my passions with you, and for you to share yours with me. My goal is to inspire you with my style and lifestyle tips, while creating a happy and warm space for everyone who joins. I am truly excited to hopefully inspire, motivate, and give a sense of confidence to all of you!

I think one book a month is a reasonable goal that I really hope to accomplish. This year I really hope to get back in the swing of things, because the time I spend in the gym is a great time to be tuned in with myself and figure out what my body really needs. Saying goodnight to my parents will make me feel so much happier before bed each night, and I know it will help them as well. I certainly hope I can work on mine & succeed and even help y’all work on yours!
I have been spending a lot of time checking out the Vici website, and I have found some AMAZING sale pieces that I just had to share with y’all. The front is a super cute regular denim jacket, but the back adds a little flare to any outfit. Personally, I would wear it with a cute pair of heels, but if you are feeling a little edgier, maybe even some black leather booties! I think it would look super cute paired with a denim jacket, some casual slip- on sneakers, and maybe even a cute oversized scarf!
They also come in black and a light wash denim, but I think these dark wash are perfect for any fall day! This dress is super cute to pair with some over the knee boots or even some booties. This plaid skirt is totally fabulous and would look great paired a white or even a black sweater! This plaid kimono from Francesca’s is super warm & cozy and looks great with a pair of comfy leggings, sweats, or jeans.
I love reading and watching what other people want for Christmas, it gives me ideas of things I may want, but even better it gives me ideas for what to give others. I think this one is really cute, since I love sunflowers, but they have lots and lots of different options for any phone and style you may like. I hope it gave you ideas of things you may want, or even things you would like to give other people.
