This new product is called Colour Veil and is a gel blusher. Patting wouldn’t work for me so a grabbed a soft blusher brush and it seamlessly blended onto my cheeks leaving a subtle rosy hue. This product would look great on bare skin, by the pool to give a little flush of colour to a sun kissed face but this shade also works beautifully with pale skin. This is a long lasting product with great pigment and if a natural flush of colour is what you desire then this is for you.

Actually, weird story, apparently my life path numbers are 7 and 5 which is pretty spooky (basically your birth date, name etc is calculated to tell you your life number, check it out on google! ). it can make me feel a bit sick knowing that this injury is with me for the rest of my life because this definitely wasn’t my plan. The positives always outweigh the negatives and the reason I know that to be true is because I am still here knowing life is worth it even with a life changing injury. I have lived with a spinal cord injury for thirteen years now and each year flies by faster than the year before.

I constantly receive messages of self-doubt, of people telling me they don’t like the way they look, the way their life is. Forget what you don’t like, each and every person can easily list their hang-ups but find it harder to admit their strengths. Forget what people think because people don’t think about you, they think about themselves – like you’re doing right now. You’ve got this, you can live a good life…I promise.

I didn’t know anyone but him before moving over, didn’t have a job lined up and had no idea what I was doing or how long I was staying.
