I know egg-actly what you’re craving. That’s why I’m partnering with Eggland’s best to provide you with my ham and cheese frittata. When compared to ordinary eggs, Eggland’s Best is called the best for a reason. They have 25% less saturated fat, and have more vitamin D. Try it for yourself! Ingredients in the caption! 8 eggs 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded 1 cup ham 2 tbsp butter 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp garlic powder Salt and pepper, to taste Ingredients 1) Preheat oven to 350°F. 2) Whisk the eggs, garlic powder, some of the cheese, onion powder, salt, and pepper together in a medium bowl. 3) Melt the butter in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Add the ham, stirring frequently, for about 2 minutes . 4) Carefully pour the egg mixture over the top of the ham. 5) Cook until you can see the frittata starting to set on the edges, about 1-2 minutes. 6) Pull the edge of the frittata away from the pan to allow some of the uncooked egg to run underneath. 7) Sprinkle some more diced ham and the cheese over the top of the frittata. 8) Transfer the frittata to the oven and bake another 5 minutes, or until the center is just slightly jiggly. 9) Allow to rest for 5 minutes then cut into 8 slices. Garnish with fresh green onion or chives, if desired #NewYearBetterWithEB #ad
