I had the opportunity to explore 4 of these, Casa Mila, Casa Batllo, Park Guell, and of course the Sagrada Familia. Casa Mila is also known as La Pedrera (The Stone Quarry) was the last private residence that Antoni Gaudi designed. From there you work your way down via stairs looking at the different apartments inside of Casa Mila, structures, furniture, and more. The church is beautiful, but a guide can best explain what you are looking at and point out things you may not have noticed.
Bus, Train, Walking, Taxis, and the Hop On Hop Off Bus. The Aerobus runs everyday of the year, departs every 5 minutes, takes up to 35 minutes to get to the city center and as of March 2019, costs 5,90 Euros per person one way. Places like Parc Guell, Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, and Casa Mila are just some of the popular places with timed entries that sell out quickly. We were told tipping isn’t a thing in Barcelona.
I was out numbered and ended up on a carriage ride tour instead with Charleston Carriage Works. There are only a handful of carriage ride tours as they only allow around 20 something carriages to be out giving tours at a time. We walked further down towards The Battery, which is a defensive seawall and promenade landmark. Out of all the food ordered the winners were the fried shrimp, fried green tomatoes, and fried okra.
