The bad news is I’m not able to participate this month! Boo! I’m really bummed because it’s my favorite day of the month, but Mom duty calls. My son is having scoliosis surgery tomorrow (eeek) and I have been busy running around to doctor’s appointments and stuff with him all week (actually all month), so I did not have time to do anything fun and creative for you all
Snake plants prefer indirect light, but can grow just about anywhere from full sun to low light. These guys prefers humidity, so if you don’t have it in a super humid area of the house (bathroom, kitchen, fancy sauna room), it is recommended to place the money tree’s pot on top of a pebble filled tray of water to increase humidity (the pebble keep the pot from setting directly in the water). They prefer bright indirect light and can do well in lower light situations, although they may not bloom as well in the low light. High Light – at least 5 hours of light per day Low light does not mean NO light.
BTW, if you’re coming here for the Mrs Meyer’s cleaning set offer, it’s down below the tutorial. I’ve been using Grove for probably 2 years now and it is a great way to get my beloved Mrs. Meyer’s products at a good price (great price) and have them shipped to me from the comfort of my couch (getting dressed is so overrated). This is a subscription service, so every month they will email you and/or text you 7 days before your monthly shipment is scheduled to be sent out and again 1 day before your monthly shipment is scheduled to be sent out telling you a shipment is coming up. If you don’t want a shipment that month, delay your shipment until the next month or cancel your shipment altogether for that month.
