I have had this bag of wine flour for a long time and have not known what to make of it.
And for the longest of time I have wanted to make some chocolate cupcakes.
So I decided to combine the two and make some wine chocolate cupcakes.
These cupcakes have a deep chocolate flavour and the wine flour does not actually taste like wine but it brings a deeper and more nuanced flavour.
