Spiral Sliced Ham with Pineapple Cola Glaze

There’s nothing better than a Spiral Sliced Ham on the dinner table…unless it’s coated with a sweet n sour pineapple cola glaze. While this recipe calls for a pre cooked boneless spiral sliced ham, a sliced bone in or even whole ham can be substituted. Other than this pineapple cola glaze, I also make a mean honey mustard cola glazed ham. How to Cook a Spiral Sliced Ham with Glaze

Easter Nest Chocolate Baked Donuts

These delicately crumbed, slightly chewy donuts contain Nutella which gives them a remarkable chocolate hazelnut flavour and an incredible chocolate cake donut texture. To create the much loved donut shape, the batter is baked in a special pan made of either silicon or metal. While many baked chocolate donut recipes call for cocoa powder, this recipe uses Nutella for an intense hazelnut chocolate flavour and tender crumb. Pour or pipe the donut batter into each cavity and allow some space for the donut to expand while baking.

Nettle Soup with Potato and Leek

Delicious Wild Ramp Pesto is a-nature based spin on a classic Italian pesto using foraged ramps (or wild leeks). Though the leaves remain quite soft, the best time to harvest them is in the early Spring when the plant is less than a foot in height. Bring a medium pot of water to boil, then immerse the leaves in the boiling water for 15-20 seconds. Use an immersion blender (or Vitamix) to purée the soup, then add the chopped dill, cream, and blanched nettle leaves.

Simple Chocolate Nutella Frosting

Using a spatula or mixer paddle attachment, mix the melted chocolate/Nutella mixture with the hot cream until it is smooth and silky. Using a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the mixture until you see a slight increase in volume and stiff peaks form (around 6-8 minutes).Be very careful not to over whip the mixture. You can use it any way you would use regular Nutella or in any application that would call for Nutella buttercream frosting. Use a rubber spatula to stir the melted chocolate, Nutella, and cream together (not a whisk)Place stand mixer bowl and whisk attachment in the fridge for 15 minutes before whipping.
