Shine Bright: Glitters, Toppers & Metallic Shadows You Need in Your Collection

When it comes to liquid glitters, the Stila Glitter & Glow Liquid Shadow is THE product that started the trend. The glitter particles may not be as fine or multidimensional as the ones in the Glitter & Glow, but they definitely will still give your eyes a pretty, sparkling finish (see it for yourself in this tutorial). Unlike the Liquid Fairy Lights or Warrior Glitter Shadows, these Crystal Fusion Liquid Shadows don’t contain glitter. Still, if you’re not a glitter fanatic and don’t want to shell out $20 on a product you won’t use every day, the NYX Glitter Primer ($6.50) is a great affordable alternative.

New For Spring 2019: The Cover FX Perfector Face Palette

The Cover FX Perfector Face Palette is a travel-friendly complexion palette that claims to have everything you need to give your face the perfect glow-up. For comparison, the Too Faced Natural Face Palette, which retails for $44, contains a net weight of 24 grams of product, while the Perfector Face Palette has 19.4 grams. Had Cover FX not included that product, and instead included a second blush (maybe making it a uniform size with the other blushes and doubling the size of the Brightener shade to make 6 evenly sized pans) When I consider how much more product I get in my TF Natural Face Palette, and how gorgeous the packaging is, it’s hard for me to recommend The Perfector Palette over it.

M.O.T.D. Cosmetics Eye Can't Even Brush Set Review

The M.O.T.D. Cosmetics Eye Can’t Even Brush Set is a 7-Piece collection of stunning brushes designed to take your eye makeup game to the next level. n’t Even Brush Set contains the seven most recent additions to the M.O.T.D. eye brush lineup. The Build and Blend ($12) is very similar in shape and size, but is a bit more stiff and densely packed that the Seamless Sheer Blend. You could definitely use this brush to build up color in your outer corner or in your crease, but it’s not going to easily buff out color the way the Build and Blend or Seamless Sheer Blend will.

NABLA Soul Blooming Eyeshadow Palette Review

Over Black Friday weekend I took advantage of NABLA’s online sales to FINALLY purchase Soul Blooming; a floral lover’s dream eyeshadow palette with a range of pink, purple, and warm neutral hues. The NABLA Soul Blooming Palette contains a floral-inspired collection of 12 eyeshadows in three different finishes. The Soul Blooming’s exterior packaging is adorned with a beautiful floral motif, and the blue-gray interior packaging compliments the overall color story quite well. The ABH matte formula in their Soft Glam and Modern Renaissance palettes is probably the most comparable shadow I’ve tried, however I honestly think the NABLA formula is a little bit silkier and more pigmented.
