As a family of five, we go through a lot of reuseable face masks each week and that means we wash a lot too.
(For those of you that may join us for dinner, don’t worry we’re not preparing your salad in this spinner 😂)
Fast forward to when it became mandatory to wear face masks in public spaces here this summer, I put up a clothesline over our sink and started hand washing our face masks.
Honestly, though, that soon became a bit monotonous, so I pulled out our trailer salad spinner/washing machine and have been using it since then.
The Government of Canada website says to wash face masks regularly, in hot water with soap in a washing machine or hand washing.
