One of my favourite things to do this summer was to take long walks with baby V This will be the first year baby V will carve a pumpkin and I am looking forward to having lots of fun doing this with her. Baby V is now at an age that she will actually sit and watch a full movie with me so one of our favourite things to do on the weekends is to relax on the sofa and watch movies. The UK is pretty cold so an outdoor picnic is something that would most likely end in baby V and myself with a cold
I have started to see a few Autumn trends making an appearance around the high street and all over Instagram so we are all ready for those awesome pictures with our Pumpkin Spiced Lattes and Falling Leaves. After Spanx came out with the most amazing faux leather leggings everyone went a little crazy for them.. so I’ve seen them everywhere for the upcoming seasons. Fabulous way of looking trendy but still feeling comfortable and also the perfect way to hide the mum tum.
The only thing that I didn’t really enjoy was the fact that I couldn’t drink all the coffee I usually did and I feel like people always paint childbirth as such a horrible experience I was unable to have a natural birth but baby V became distressed as I had had 2 round of induction medication so it was safer for both of us if I had a C-section so that’s what I did. Personality wise she is shy but absolutely loves making new friends just like me, she is also very caring and conscious of the feelings of the people around her just like me.
Just like breakfast is the most important meal of the day, your morning routine is the most important routine of the day. A successful morning routine sets your day off on a positive note and gives you a higher chance of having an awesome rest of the day. Baby V has very curly hair so doing her hair in the morning is an important step to our routine. Once both myself and baby V are ready for the day we come downstairs and we usually have time to play for a little bit before I have to leave for work.
