Week Two Toronto has lasted another week of social distancing at a time where it’s crucial to continue doing our part in flattening the curve of COVID-19 (coronavirus). While Toronto is not on lockdown, it’s highly important to maintain social distancing and proper hygiene to limit spreading coronavirus as much as possible. This also applies to orders through third-party services such as Uber Eats or SkipTheDishes as long as the service is acting on behalf of the licensee.
City of Toronto closes off playgrounds and park amenities due to COVID-19 The City of Toronto announced that it is closing off its playgrounds and park amenities to limit the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus). This includes Toronto-owned places such as sports fields, tennis and basketball courts, BMX parks, picnic areas, outdoor exercise equipment and other amenities. While I know how important our playgrounds & other park amenities are as gathering places – the more that people gather, the more #COVID19 will spread in our community, putting lives at risk.
