With a background in interior design and horticulture, Swoon allows me to combine my passion for flowers, design and fabulous spaces by creating one of a kind arrangements and events all over the Northwest and beyond! Over the past 7 years Swoon has been featured in some of the industries top publications including Oregon Bride Magazine, Pacific Northwest Weddings, Style Me Pretty, Martha Stewart Weddings, Magnolia Rouge, and Wedding Sparrow. We have also been nominated as one of Portland’s Top 3 Florists since 2013, winning “Portland’s When not working with my clients creating beautiful events, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, on my spin bike, perusing home decor, and exploring the Portland “foodie” scene.

We visited several venues in Cartagena but ended up deciding that as much as we loved the romantic city, we wanted something one, a little more centrally located for our guests and two, a little cooler. I ended up coming across a historic mansion called The Mount located in the heart of The Berkshires by chance. We laughed about how the scenery looked completely different each time we visited and weren’t entirely sure what it would look like come June – Nardos and I clicked immediately and she was able to help me achieve the perfect style for our big day by taking certain elements from a few of my favorite dresses I had tried on previously and combining them into one cohesive look.

Hands down, one of the greatest experiences in my career was the honor of capturing this destination wedding celebration in Aix En Provence, France this past May. In fact, if it wasn’t for the opportunity to photograph their wedding in Italy five years ago, I would not have met this amazing couple.
