When I take it with me to uni I put the yogurt extra, because I personally don’t like it when it has that mushy consistency.
I also wanted to just give you a quick update on how my workout and everything is going.
Unfortunately my body isn’t really used to it, that’s why I felt really down yesterday and just did a light yoga session and went for a walk outside.
I think it is really important to listen to your body, but still do something, like go for a walk or do a quick and easy workout at home.
