Like I went to the gym 3-4 times a week at least and on the days I didn’t go But, it’s finally starting to wear off and I feel more like being active again and am really looking forward to going to the gym again. What I can recommend to prep though are rice dishes like the one I posed in my Favorite recipes post a while ago or wraps are an easy thing to prep as well. Health and fitness wise I also decided to join a fitness community that includes 12 week challenges, which I’ll join around the middle of June.

My Go-To Breakfast

When I take it with me to uni I put the yogurt extra, because I personally don’t like it when it has that mushy consistency. I also wanted to just give you a quick update on how my workout and everything is going. Unfortunately my body isn’t really used to it, that’s why I felt really down yesterday and just did a light yoga session and went for a walk outside. I think it is really important to listen to your body, but still do something, like go for a walk or do a quick and easy workout at home.

So this time I decided to just mention the last three songs I added to my Spotify playlist. so I went to a concert a few weeks ago and Kuult was the opening act. Simply put, I fell in love with their music and especially this song. It’s upbeat and just lifts my mood every time I listen to it.

I have a gym membership for about three years now and there were times where I went regularly and times were I didn’t go for months. Of course another big part in working out and getting my body into the shape I want it to be, is eating healthy. In my opinion eating healthy doesn’t mean you’ll have to cut out special foods and all that – it’ll just makes you crave the more if you do Just leave a comment and let me know if you already started working out more and getting healthy or if you do want to start with me – always makes more fun when you know you’re not alone and can share your struggles and experiences.
