💎...ARE YOU GOING ALL OUT THIS YEAR FOR YOUR FAMILY? YOU BET I AM! I always go all out on every holiday for my family. It doesn't matter if we're the only ones having the meal. I do this because I want my kids to appreciate nice things. I want them to have exquisite taste for nice and beautiful things. I want them to know, they can have beautiful things too. I want them to know they deserve beautiful things. I want them to know beautiful things are not just for the rich and famous. I want them to know beautiful things are not just for guest. I want them to know they are special too. I will not give them paper plates and Ikea plastic plates for holiday meals until they're grown ups. My kids start using real plates and glass wear as soon as they're able to sit at a table by themselves.  They haven't broken one single plates or glass (and it's ok if they do, it can be replaced). I want them to have proper table manners and not be wowed at any formal event. I want them to believe they deserve nothing but the best. Just because I grew up not having fanciest things, it doesn't mean it has to stay the same.  No I'm not spoiling them, I'm teaching them they can have beautiful things if they work hard and earn it. Start them young to believe they too, can have all the nice things their non coloured friends have. Heck, buy the stuff from the dollar store if you have to, but make it beautiful for them. It's really not expensive if you're strategic about it. Is it a lot of work going all out? Absolutely, but it's all worth it for me. Stop saving all the finest things for your guest to enjoy. Get them out and build lasting memories with your family. 💎...Mindset is everything thing! Do you agree? What is one thing you did/accomplished this year that you thought you could never do? For me is starting my YouTube channel this year. I never thought I'll never be able to do it. It so much work and speaking on camera or doing voice overs was something I absolutely hated. I cringe Everytime I watch my first few videos on YouTube. I hate the voiceovers, but guess what? I'll never delete it because it helps me see how far I have come everytime my mind starts playing tricks on me and me doubling myself or progress. There's no shame in that because I had to start from somewhere to get to where I am now and where I want to be. Happy New Month!
