We finally got out for a date night together and every single thing we had planned went terribly wrong. The best part is we laughed harder than we have this whole quarantine and will remember this memory so much more because it didn’t go the way we thought it would 🤍 making quality (not just quantity) time is so important when your stuck at home together all day. One of my most favorite memories of our wedding day was sharing my walk down the aisle, not only with my sweet daddy, but with this handsome #specialneedsbrother of mine. ♡ He functions in a wheelchair much of the time but has the ability to walk short distances and around the house if need be. On this day he was determined to help WALK me down the aisle and to say it was a special moment would be an understatement. ♡ I had dreamt of having my brother play a special part in my wedding one day and when the moment finally came it was perfect. I am so thankful to my dad for sharing this moment with our Chaseman and so proud of my wonderful brother for his relentless love and determination ♡ Never underestimate the willpower and courage of a special one. Dinner cleanup normally involves a tag team of some people washing dishes and the others distracting Chase to keep him happy and preoccupied. We may look a mess and have to act like fools sometimes, but if it gets this guy singing and clapping it is ALL worth it. @outshinelabels reposted this sweet memory of ours and it is one of our absolute favorite moments we look back on. A few of the simple things keeping us sane during these quarantine times → 1. Our daily @the_chemex keeps us in some version of a routine, no matter what random tasks we might have in the day we make sure to take time and enjoy a coffee together on the porch. 2. My new @ember coffee mug which is literally a game changer. I NEVER finish my hot drinks (or any drink for that matter 🤪) and this mug has been my saving grace and @drew.wacker definitely appreciates not finding half drunk mugs around the house 💁🏼‍♀️ 3. This newest batch of @chaleurcoffee Ethiopia Gedeb Natural May be one of our favorites yet! Bummed it won’t last us much longer but excited to receive and try our @tradecoffeeco @kumacoffee batch later this week! 4. And finally, a sweet southern favorite of mine is the magnolia flowers are starting to bloom here on the #mississippigulfcoast.
