Today I want to share with you an effective way to make your dreams come true using one of my favorite tools, which is “Visualizing With a Vision Board. Before you take out your stacks of magazines and glue, there are a few things I recommend to do before jumping in, to truly make this board a useful tool we will work within the creation and manifestation of our dream reality. Now that you know what you need to do to make this dream a reality, you want to schedule time each day to work on this dream. Tip #4 Make the BEST of your board Choose images that speak to your dream Images should stir emotion within you when you see them Add pictures that represent the steps you need to take.

Great high rise denim shorts are hard to find, especially if you don’t have a big booty like me because some of them make my butt look SUPER flat. Not only is the denim soft and comfortable, but cut makes my butt look great! I dressed them up with this gorgeous floral feminine top with flowy pleated bell sleeves for a casual yet glam everyday look. Since I only went out to lunch and to pick up my boy from school, I chose to wear my new Loeffler Randall sandals because they are so easy to walk in and looked perfect with this look.

It’s time to awaken and renew our mind, body, and spirit. For the past couple of weeks, waking up to the sun shining bright and my garden surprising me each morning with new blossoms has been pure bliss. The fragrant smell of the flowers all over my city makes me appreciate each breath even more due to the beautiful scent each inhale carries into my body. Life is so much easier when we surrender and go with the flow of life, even when life gets tough.

The beauty of a new day is that it’s a fresh beginning. The past is long gone and when we wake up in the morning we are blessed with the opportunity to try again. I took about a month off because of the In Vitro medications which only lasted about 2 weeks, but then like it always happens, I spiral down for a few weeks of unhealthy eating I am starting day 1 of the 21 Day Fix through the Beach Body app.
