It’s December and ’tis the season…. Christmas is near and sweets, cookies and all kinds of temptations are everywhere! However with my new calendar, all you have to do is press on the date, and spend between 15-30 minutes on your mat and you will make sure you feel and look your best throughout the holidays
Work didn’t get any less, I started teaching Pilates classes again after the summer break and both kids started their schools.
