Construction Manager (CM)-Technical Assurance Inc., a Cleveland-based national building envelope consulting group, is seeking qualified individuals to join our team. Qualified candidates must possess construction management experience, client relation skills, computer skills and be willing to travel. * Assist the Program Manager to resolve project related issues quickly and effectively to keep work progress on track * Self-motived with excellent communication skills working with the project team including the client, program manager, subcontractors, administrative staff and design team * 2+ years of related experience or equivalent education in construction management * Proficient with drawings and specification review and implementation

A deferred backlog grows as spending on capital replacements, repairs and maintenance projects is put off because of budget constraints, lack of resources or other more pressing facility needs. We offer a Sustainable Life Cycle Management Program which is a programmatic, restorative multi-year program that invests in annual reassessment services and properly detailed corrective repairs, preventative maintenance and practical roof warranty management. Overall, it can extend the average life of roof assets by 15-20% Establishing a health baseline of the roof assets through a portfolio-wide inventory and condition assessment allows us to prioritize capital and repair projects over multiple years. Technical Assurance, Inc. hired Kurtis Taylor, PE as Director of Building Envelope Engineering Services and as a member of the Company’s Leadership Group. He is a licensed professional structural engineer and will be responsible for leading Technical Assurance’s vertical façade and parking garage service delivery teams. After moving back to Northeast Ohio, he gained valuable experience in vertical façade and parking garage restoration, ultimately leading a multi-million-dollar building envelope engineering portfolio. His entrepreneurial drive and industry expertise strengthens the Company’s mission to provide high performance building enclosure consulting and asset management services to our multi-facility clients.
