Nice to virtually meet you! I’m a former gluten lover diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2013. I’m also a certified health coach and a proud mama to my toddler daughter (who we discovered has severe egg and dairy allergies). I love cooking and sharing gluten free recipes, and showcasing gluten free products I fall in love with!
