Put the strawberries in a pot with sugar and let them boil, when it has a semi-jelly consistency, strain it and keep the liquid, add the hydrated gelatin and let it cool.
Remove the mix from the heat and add the white chocolate, stir with gentle movements until it melts but don’t over-do it to avoid letting air in.
Mix until they melt completely, when it’s done, remove from heat and add the Honey Nut Cheerios, if you want you can also add sprinkles to make it prettier.
Using any big mold you want (I’m using a heart-shaped one), start brushing the base and the sides with chocolate, once you do the first layer, stick it in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
