East One’s first location on Court Street in Carroll Gardens was Blueberry’s first true design-build restaurant project. We’ve expanded our portfolio into the health + wellness sector and have built some of our largest projects to date. Blueberry Builders has recently completed the much anticipated Stretch*d Space at 27 West 20th Street! As we progressed and moved onto polishing the concrete floor, we discovered a layer of mesh underneath a thin layer of concrete, which prevented extensive grinding of the existing floor. Through all the surprises, we kept the project going and ran through the last two weeks working with day crews and night crews to get the team at Stretch*d up and running!
