I find this show really intriguing and entertaining, and it’s one of those shows that’s perfect to have on in the background when you’re blogging/essay writing. If you’ve tried to edit a video for IGTV on iMovie then you may have experienced a bit of trouble because it’s not optimised for portrait video. I think this should’ve been thought out by instagram beforehand and that they should’ve included their own video editing platform (for basics) when they rolled out IGTV, but that’s a rant that I won’t go into. It’s a bit basic but it works and that’s all I can ask for!

One Life Lost Is Enough; OLLIE. A charity focused on funding lifesaving suicide intervention training, the OLLIE foundation was set up by three parents who lost their children to suicide. Helping teachers, parents and more to gain suicide prevention skills, OLLIE promotes the message that it’s good to talk. Without our support they won’t be able to afford another team member and meet the demand for their training - so I’ve donated.

So here’s so tips on how to *try* to keep up with adulting that I’ve acquired- In fact, my dad’s friend is the boss at a flour factory which literally produces an own-brand flour and a really expensive branded flour; they are literally the same recipe and everything. You’ll never be too old for mum’s (or nan’s, or dad’s, or whoever else’s) Nobody actually knows what they’re doing, they’re just well versed in making it look good 😉 Don’t worry if you don’t know anything about life things such as changing a lightbulb or how to pay your bills!

I didn’t actually let myself believe it, because I didn’t want to be let down and I didn’t want the time that I had with him over the next few months to be tarnished by worry and anxiety and, for once, my anxiety actually let me forget. So, I wasn’t actually as upset as I thought I would be when Zack first left. My anxiety hasn’t been that bad at all since Zack left, and I’ve certainly experience much worse anxiety periods.
