EASY Gluten Free Marble Loaf Cake

This marble pound cake is made with a base of eggs, sugar, butter or oil, gluten free all purpose flour and a bit of almond flour for a bit of extra moisture and structure. However, if you need to make this nut free, I suggest using 1/2 cup more of the gluten free all purpose flour (so 2 1/2 cups total) and no almond flour or sub the almond flour 1:1 for oat flour. Chewy Vegan Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookies

These vegan chocolate chip cookies have a perfectly crispy outside, soft and chewy center, with pools of melted chocolate chunks and a rich buttery flavor but without any butter! Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature so the coconut oil doesn’t harden in chunks when it comes into contact with other ingredients. After about 20 minutes, use a medium cookie scoop and scoop the dough into roughly 2 inch round balls and add to a lined baking sheet. Chilling the dough for just 20 minutes allows the flour to absorb excess oil and ensure the cookies don’t spread completely flat while they bake.

Creamy Avocado Mango Smoothie

This creamy and delicious avocado mango smoothie is the only green smoothie recipe you need! In order for a smoothie to be filling and not leave you hungry after 10 minutes, you need some sort of fat and/or protein. You can add all of your ingredients into a reusable zip lock bag at night, and then add everything to a blender with your liquid in the morning and Also, you don’t need a fancy blender for this avocado mango smoothie.

Vegan Roasted Breakfast Potatoes

* Red Bell Pepper: Any color bell pepper will work, but my personal favorite is red and yields the best flavor when roasted. * Yellow onion: Can also be subbed for a white or red onion, but I like the flavor of yellow onion. * Fresh Garlic AND garlic powder: Using both fresh garlic and garlic powder yields a perfect flavor. To make these vegan breakfast potatoes, first chop the peppers, onion and the potatoes and add them to a large mixing bowl.
