This Christmas Cheese Board makes for the perfect holiday appetizer, a great treat for guests, or just serving to your own family. You can make it on any cutting board or you can use a fun festive holiday cutting board as we did. My family loves sharp cheddar cheese, apples, and grapes. GRAPES: for this board, we chose to go with green, but you could also use red or even moon grapes.
This Banana Bread with Coffee Cake Crumble is like two delicious desserts in one! This delicious dessert bread cooks up in about an hour and only takes about 15 minutes of prep time. You can get about 10-12 servings, but I will be honest, it doesn’t last long because it’s so good you’ll go for a second serving! You’ll want to check the bread around 45-50 minutes if the crumble is getting too brown then lightly cover with a foil tent for the remainder of cook time.
With turkey burgers, we add a bit of seasoning more than the salt and pepper we use on our regular air fryer burgers to give them a good flavor. You could also use ground chicken and make ground chicken burgers instead if you don’t have turkey. We cook our ground turkey and ground chicken burgers until the meat thermometer reaches 165 degrees F. We like to serve up with some air fryer bacon, air fryer baked potatoes or potato salad, macaroni salad, and air fryer corn on the cob! You can easily swap and use chicken to make ground chicken burgers instead of turkey.
Serve over rice with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced avocado, tortilla chips and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro. Then in a large saucepan, you’ll heat olive oil on medium heat and then add the onion and cook for about 2-3 minutes, then add in the red pepper and cook for another 2-3 mins. Then you can add in the worcestershire sauce, diced tomatoes, black beans (we like to mash 1/2-1 cup of the beans), broth, and tomato paste. Once boiling, reduce the heat medium-low heat and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, make sure you’re stirring as needed.
