I felt so lifted when I saw this blooming plant in the garden of the apartment building. This is the French press I use every day, multiple times a day. I’ve recently found that instant coffee (which is what I used to drink all day for the last year, I got lazy during Covid) is high in oxalates, which can cause a number of issues biologically (kidney stones, etc.), so I’ve switched back to regular grinding every morning and french pressing. edited with VSCO, captured on the Fuji XPRO2 & 50-230mm lens I’ve really gotten used to the swans, seagulls, ducks, pigeons, and other various birds that congregate together in the same spots everyday, waiting for the humans to bring bread or seed.
And most of the time great light to me is that glorious warm golden hour before sunset. This was my first time using the 50-230mm lens from Fuji and it was such a joy. Well, it’s light because it’s not made with the usual materials, it’s a cheaper build. However, it’s less expensive and I find the quality good for the first day out.
Change it, leave it, or accept it, but do not complain. This saying is a bit old now, but it rings SO true. One of the reasons that social media can be so destructive is that often we see complaints posted without any initiative to do anything about it. These complaints introduce negative energy into our social media space and if we are easily affected by this, it dampens our positive space a bit.
I would have liked to nab it and drive me all the way to somewhere warm, like southern Spain maybe? So first a badass scooter, then a badass jacket! We can sit in our brick towers, warm and cosy, while you bring us hot delicious calorie dense food. I’d also like to thank photography for keeping my mental health in line.
