As someone who has had several auto-immune and other medical diagnoses (Fibromyalgia, Lyme, Epstein Barr, the list goes on….) and also had doctors say they can’t figure out why I feel the way I do, I have spent much of my life on a constant quest for things that make me feel even a little bit better. Upon waking up, drink 16 oz room temperature lemon or lime water. Here’s how I make it: Add all of the following to a high speed blender like a Vitamix 2 cups frozen WILD blueberries (wild is key! (I juice my oranges, but you can just put an actual peeled whole orange into the blender instead -- you may need to add a bit of water if you add an orange to give it enough liquid to blend and make it thin enough to drink) 1 tsp barley grass juice powder by Vimergy (or this cheaper option by Terrasoul)

Let’s just all agree that many of the products on the store shelves (and hence in our homes) are made in a laboratory with synthetic chemicals. In fact, some estimates say that in one year we are exposed to the same amount of chemicals that our grandparents are/were exposed to in their lifetime. Actually, we are constantly surrounded and inundated with man-made chemicals which our bodies were never meant to be exposed to. At some point, your body may reach it’s tipping point and the result is often disease or any number of health problems.
Go to the library and borrow ALL the train books (even some more advanced “adult” train books you can enjoy together). Consider it an advantage that you aren’t spending much money on kids’ clothes as compared to your mom friends who have girls. My boys spent many hours outside on a tiny little slope of a hill with their and sleds. If it gets too cold to go outside where you live, invest in some inside equipment that will help burn off the extra energy.
