Whether you’re trying to lose weight or just add more veggies to your diet, salads are a very easy way to get your daily servings of proteins, fats and carbs! I’m particularly a fan of foods that don’t require much cooking (nor much cleanup). Previously, I’d have 2-3 ingredients in my salads, but lately, I’ve started experimenting with more, especially with the dressing and I love the results… When I was only putting olive oil and salt into my salad which consisted of leaves, a tomato and a protein (chicken or tuna), it was effective, but it grew boring quickly
If you’ve been following along on social media, you’ve probably seen that I’ve moved countries. Overall, I’m a positive person and see this as the perfect opportunity to find my next challenge, learn some new skills and focus on some of the things that I had left a bit abandoned My plan is to update the blog layout, add photography and beauty section (mostly because I’m obsessed with skincare products) and will keep you updated on my outfits, travel and experiences. I will also be working on making this a bilingual blog, so that I can share content with all my Spanish speaking friends too!
