I advocate by sharing my experience with others. I also give tips and advice on how to deal with mental and chronic illness (mainly fibromyalgia and Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and mental health issues. My intention is to break the stigma around mental health. I try to offer advice on how to deal with chronic pain and changing their mindset which gives us the belief that we can emerge from a dark place. I always leave my inbox open to anyone who needs someone to talk to. I also spread awareness of fibromyalgia, pots and mental health issues so that those who aren't dealing with these challenges and perhaps lack an understanding of them can begin to understand what their loved ones go through on a daily basis.
