I am a creative family lifestyle blogger out of Minnesota who loves to collaborate with brands on creative tutorials & DIYs. I myself am a die-hard crafty DIYer and I enjoy inspiring my audience to take action! I help introduce brands to a highly creative audience that likes to get in there and get their hands messy.

Man, this photo shows just how far phone cameras have come in the last 3 years… Anyways, as hard as you try, it’s inevitable that pets get less attention when kids enter the scene. I decided to really spoil my forgotten child (the other forgotten child being my netherland dwarf Normie ) and brought home some kitty swag from Target. I will admit, ever since I got pregnant and had to hand over all of the litter box duties to my husband for safety’s sake, I have yet to change a litter box.
Despite my high school photography class (which was, yikes, 10 years ago!) And I don’t know about you, but I always feel a little like I’m rescuing poor, forgotten relics of holidays past when I take them home and give them new life. So let’s get started and turn these old, forgotten holiday mugs in yummy-scented candles! • holiday mugs (or any kind of mugs, for that matter) The next time that I make candles I will make sure to at least add this much because when I burn the candles the smell isn’t as strong as I would like.
It’s even better when I find them at a thrift store because it feels like I’m rescuing some long forgotten gem. During one recent trip to the thrift stores of a neighboring small town (small towns have the BEST vintage selection at thrift stores, in my opinion) Family vintage treasures are even better than thrift store vintage treasures! If, like me, you want to save money and go with a dollar store floral wreath, you’ll need to spray paint it to match the color of your tinsel garland.
