The Wood Group Mustang Engineering-Opus project was a four story, 177,043 square feet office space located in the Energy Corridor Houston, TX. Kilgore’s scope of work included demolition of all existing air devices and low pressure duct. The build back scope consisted of furnishing and installing all new air devices, VAV’s, FPB’s, new sheet metal ductwork and insulation.
The new Mattress Firm headquarters, a 130,000 square-foot building, is located at 10201 S. Main St. in Houston Texas. Kilgore’s scope of work on this project included a new Carrier i-Vu controls system. Mattress Firm can view and control the Carrier i-Vu System from anywhere in the world using a standard web browser or WAP-enabled device. Kilgore also demoed all existing duct board, existing hot water boiler coil system along with all pneumatic controls.
Village at River Oaks is the latest assisted living project constructed by Bridgewood properties incorporating 97 independent living units along with 96 skilled nursing and memory care units. Scheduled to come online at the end of 2016, this high end assisted and independent living community is located in the upscale community of River Oaks in Houston.
This design build apartment project consists of 31 stories with 464 apartments. Located in Dallas, this Tunnel Form concrete structure will be completed in 2016 and units will be turned over to leasing in late 2016. The project design and build include the plumbing and HVAC for apartments, garage, over 15,000 square feet of amenity areas and life safety systems.
