The one and only downfall about this process is that I wasn’t allowed to workout or eat before the scan which, of course, threw me for a loop. He then explained exactly what a DEXA scan is and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted. Michael came back in the room and had me sit in a chair by the desk where he proceeded to show me the results of my DEXA Scan.
