Several ARCO associates recently participated in a charity golf tournament for R3 Development in St. Louis, MO. Total, ARCO associates raised $690, and with ARCO’s donation match program, associates were able to raise $1,380 for the R3 Development program. Through partnership as well as donations from private individuals and organizations, we are able to recruit, train, and employ East St. Louis youth while providing leadership development programs. The company offers a charity donation match program and a week paid leave for associates to participate in a charity event of choice.
