While I love a live tree and it’s a fun adventure for the kids, sometimes getting that pre-lit tree out of the attic and setting it up in five minutes is just what you need for an easy and simple holiday look. I wanted to add some new color to our foyer this year and chose this blue 7 1/2 foot pre-lit tree from Treetopia to decorate. Treetopia has trees in almost every color including pink, stripes, flocked trees – which I love, black trees and more. These free printable home maintenance calendars will help you keep your home organized and beautiful each month with easy tasks to do on your schedule. I’m excited to share something new here on Decor Adventures – FREE printables that will help you have an organized, beautiful home every single month. When the calendar changes and I wonder what I can do to keep my house in shape, I get overwhelmed with all the things I’m supposed to do to keep up with cleaning and laundry, let alone update the decor and do regular maintenance. Here is a quick list you can use to touch up paint, do quick deep cleans, and keep all your home’s systems in working order.
The Holiday Prep Challenge is a series of three email messages from me filled with tips and your “assignments” for each day. Once you sign up for the challenge, you’ll get all the email messages (once each day) and the printables to download as many times as you’d like. Follow along with what to do each of the final months of the year with this calendar that has a space for your monthly goals, tasks, daily schedule, and more. Use this printable to write down that you’d like to do each month and set your priorities.
We ended up with a non-standard size for the floor of the shower and didn’t want to spend a fortune on a custom base to tile on so we ended up making a bench. The accent tile and river rock tile floor were bonuses that completely take the space from plain to perfect. The distressed plank wall, dark grey paint, modern vanity and glass shelf came together to create a simple, modern look which I just love.
