The awesome part of this is that they do offer NON SENSITIVE AND SENSITIVE PACKAGES depending on how your teeth have responded to teeth whitening systems in the past. In my package came the impression trays, the pastes to make your impressions, the whitening applications for both top and bottom trays, and desensitizing application and even the postage to send back the impressions at no additional cost. It is the best to whiten before bed so the desensitizing gel has time to absorb into teeth and you are not introducing any food/drink that could stain. It is time consuming…it isn’t a quick fix and you won’t see the results unless you do follow the instructions for the correct amount of time.
