One of my guilty pleasures is reading about my daily horoscope and thinking to myself, “Yes, that’s such a Libra thing to do. ” With 12 different horoscopes come 12 very different personalities and this led me to wonder if there is a color that suits each personality

I have worked in some sort of customer service/customer facing role most of my life but you never realize how important the little things really are until you work for a small business. When shipping out our orders, Brynn hand makes personalized dust bags for each handbag and pairs it with a ribbon closure that either matches the bag itself or the lining! If that wasn’t detailed enough, we hand pick postcards with handbags we think you may love based off of previous order history or from simply the address on the order! Plus, before carefully sliding the bag into its personalized dust bag, we make sure to use our trusty, handy dandy zipper lubricant on each zipper, so they run as smoothly as possible from day one.

Every week I upload a handful of bags that are on sale on the Brynn Capella website. We are constantly active uploading products, changing the title names, adding tags to appear in searches, etc. The only way I can find them is by typing in almost the exact title that we made or search for Brynn Capella. We have come to a conclusion that maybe our leather handbags are priced too high for the Etsy consumer or we can’t compete with other Etsy vendors because Etsy is their main source of business whereas we sell from our website and through boutiques.

I just started interning for Brynn Capella and our first photoshoot was shot completely by me. This photoshoot was our wrap up for Fall 2018 so we needed to get outside quickly before the weather turned frigid. Myself, Brynn, and Kristina started planning for the photoshoot by searching magazines, Pinterest and Instagram for inspiration photos. , I was happy to finally put my phone and photography skills to use in a more professional setting with models and fun locations.
