On this most recent trip, I was limited to only 10 days of traveling, so I decided to focus on exploring the South Coast and Yala National Park, as it was the time of year when the weather is expected to be great in those regions (December – April). Located close to Galle Fort, it is easily reachable and one of Sri Lanka’s most popular beach towns. It’s also home to one of Sri Lanka’s famous palm tree beach swings We did this on our first trip to Sri Lanka and despite having a terrible experience with sea sickness, it was amazing to be able to see whales in their natural habitat.

Wandering the streets in the bitter cold to see the beautiful decorations and then warming up with a hot drink, overlooking people ice skating almost guarantees you to be in the festive spirit. Russia’s most famous square is adorned with decorations and lights with festive music playing. ’re there, why not put on a pair of skates and glide around the open air ice rink in Red Square overlooking the colourful St Basil’s cathedral? If you’d rather stay on firm ground, you can catch incredible shows by Russia’s figure skating stars at Magic Ice Theatre in Revolution Square, opposite the Bolshoi Theatre.

This contains an incredible cook book called ‘Our Korean Kitchen’ which is filled with wonderful recipe ideas and goes into detail regarding what pantry staples you need to start making Korean food. I think it’s the combination of super crispy pork belly with the incredible ssamjang sauce that was the highlight for me. Again, using the gochujang paste you have in your kit and combining it with garlic and doen-jang soybean paste, rice vinegar and something to add a little sweetness I love that the kit includes not only staple ingredients such as soy sauce and sesame oil but harder to find items such as sweet potato noodles and gochujang –

The Details of brass on the sofa inspired our furniture decisions as it creates a coordinated vibe, it’s interesting how style evolves as I was never a fan of brass or yellow gold We wanted to maintain the existing dining area in this room, as it’s a great use of space and perfect for when we have people over. The placement of a rug really helps finish the space, it clearly divides the living space from the dining area. It’s more traditional style contrasts with the modern style sofa and adds an element of interest.
