But if I don’t have time to workout in the morning before work I love changing into lounging clothes so I can go for a walk with my hubby! Plus once it gets warmer out, we always drive down to the ocean beaches to walk in the sand and listen to the sounds of the ocean. You can wear them with flats and a cute top for a casual day out or throw on some sneakers and a lightweight sweatshirt to run your errands. We grabbed a few fun pictures and enjoyed the quiet outdoors, just hearing the snow crunch and the little creeks running underneath our feet. After the tasting, and purchasing our wine to take home we took a few pictures outside and headed home. We live around 3 hours from the Catskill Mountains and we’re lucky to hit less traffic than normal, grabbed food and arrived home. At the Inn they have a double bed room, junior double bed room, or a regular Inn room.

This year is so different, especially with cases rising in most areas most holiday plans are being changed. That doesn’t mean that we can’t get dressed up if we feel like it! With so little opportunity to dress up this year, I figured why not get glammed up, the holidays aren’t the same but why not get dressed up!? If you don’t want to dress up, I have a few casual looks that I’m sharing incase your holidays are a bit more lowkey.
It’s been an interesting few weeks, to say the least. I have been blessed that I am still working, and my normal life is still normal. I still go into my small office for work, so from Monday to Friday I have a routine. The weekends are a bit harder, since we’re used to going out for dinner, seeing family & friends. To fill in my weekends I’ve been baking from scratch. I’ve made handmade pasta twice, bread 3 times, and a chocolate cake. I also make dinner regularly, for us to eat. This past weekend I was able to get some blog work done. I also realized, I never did a recap of 2019 or my goals for 2020 🤦🏻♀️. Before going on our most recent cruise, I had a few pictures I wanted to get before it ended. This was one of them. I knew it was attainable since where we stayed was AFT Havana area. Which meant we had the ability to use a pool that was exclusive to the people staying there only. CA actually came to me the second to last day on the ship, saying the pool is empty if you want your photo. Luckily when we walked back it was still empty, no one was in the pool, hot tubs or underneath the little cabana areas that you can sit in. I explained to him what I wanted in the photo and after a few different options and directions he got this photo! I did have to touch up the part on the back that says about how deep the pool is, but the view was beautiful. This Friday is going to launch a travel series I'll be starting on my blog. Since CA and I have traveled so much recently I wanted to start sharing, tips, tricks and what we did. I am so excited for today! So last week I started sharing my outfits for work, it’s a way for me to be active on stories with a purpose! And I figured since stories expire after 24 hours, I wanted a way to share my outfits a different way. Enter- Office Work Outfits, a series that’ll be running daily on my IG stories, than the following Monday I’ll link everything on a blog post! I wanted to do something like this since I do work in an office Monday thru Friday. And this is a good way for me to share how I utilize my closet for my job. Since I’m on a budget for clothes, I have to pick and chose what I purchase, and make sure I don’t have something really similar at home already. I’m also picky with what I splurge on, it has to be something that can be used multiple times a month. This series is similar to a shop your closet, where you don’t purchase any new clothes. You find new ways to wear what’s in your closet already.
